Questions before you buy
Clarity is part of a good gift.
All terms are visible before you buy. The surprise can be big — the uncertainty doesn't have to be.
Does the gift card have an expiry date?
Yes, the gift card is valid for at least one year from the date of purchase. After six months, we send the recipient an automatic reminder.
When does the 5-business-day clock start?
The clock starts when the recipient has submitted the form and we have all the required information, including their logo, business description, list of services and contact details. If anything is missing, we will contact them. The clock starts once the missing information arrives.
Can I give the gift card to a company rather than a person?
Yes. The gift card works the same for individuals and companies. The redemption form can be filled out by a contact person on behalf of the company.
What happens if the recipient doesn't redeem the card?
The card is valid for at least one year. If it is not redeemed within its validity period, it expires. A refund is not available after the card has expired.
Who owns the finished website?
The customer — the person who redeemed the gift card, filled out the form, and approved the site. Copyright transfers when the site is published. The customer can later modify the site themselves or move it to another provider.
Is the domain really registered in my name?
Yes. The domain is registered in the customer's name (not Navik OÜ). The first year is included in the price. After that, the customer pays the renewal fee directly to the registrar (we'll send instructions).
What happens after a year, when hosting ends?
We offer maintenance packages (annual hosting + support) — pricing depends on scope. We send a reminder 2 months before hosting ends. The customer is also free to move to another host.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. As the buyer, all you need to do is purchase the gift card. The recipient fills in a short form (20–25 fields, about 20–30 minutes). We handle the domain, SSL, hosting and all other technical work.
What if I want to change the site later?
After the site is launched, you can order changes at €40 per hour (minimum charge: 30 minutes, or €20). Email [email protected]. You can also make changes yourself because the site uses standard HTML and CSS.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot deliver the service due to unsuitable content from the customer or another valid reason, we refund the amount paid, less only the reasonable value of work already completed. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights are not limited — see the return terms for details.

We use modern AI tools to speed up design and development. The result meets the professional standard of a traditional web agency while taking less time and costing less. A person reviews every site before it is sent to the customer.
